ATS and ASI Florida unveiled the Autonome
September 16th, 2011/ Orlando, FL – ATS and ASI Florida unveiled the Autonome at the Paralyzed Veterans of America Summit in Orlando, Florida. The Autonome is a feature-rich, environmental control unit designed to be used in a commercial environment. Fred Thompson of ASI Florida stated “We wanted to provide a system that would allow a patient to do more then watch TV during their recovery. We now give the patient the ability control their bed, reading light, nurse call, TV functions, play games, use an e-book reader, and interface with a phone.
