1) Connect the EzCOMM to the internet via a broadband connection,
2) Please connect customer support at the phone # listed above.
3) You will be given a session key by tech support. Enter the Session Key, click the Submit button. Choose YES, you would like to start a Support Desk Session with ATS. Choose to RUN the software when prompted.
